The Rise Series: YOLO TV's Outdoor TV Just Got an Upgrade
The in-ground Rise system hides the display when not in use and raises it on demand. Here is what the upgraded engineering delivers.

In This Guide
Not every backyard wants a permanent screen on the wall. The Rise™ system is the answer for properties that want a stadium-scale display that disappears when it is not in use, lowered into an in-ground housing and raised on demand.
What the Rise System Does
The Rise™ is an in-ground display system. The panel lowers out of sight into a weather-sealed housing when not in use, preserving the view and the architecture. When it is time to watch, it rises into position at full size and full brightness.
What the Upgrade Delivers
Daylight brightness that is real
YOLO TV outdoor displays are engineered specifically for demanding outdoor environments. Our standard outdoor systems deliver approximately 6,000 nits of brightness, with configurations available from 4,000 to 7,000 nits based on the application. Recommended brightness depends on factors such as screen orientation, direct sun exposure, viewing time, pixel pitch, geographic location, and intended use.
A screen that rises into direct sun has to be bright enough to be watched the moment it appears. 6,000 nits means no waiting for dusk.
Weather sealing for permanent in-ground placement
Outdoor systems are available with IP65–IP68 ingress-protection ratings, depending on the specific display configuration and installation environment. Ingress-protection requirements can vary based on cabinet and module construction, system configuration, installation environment, and the level of weather protection required.
An in-ground system is the most demanding weather environment, the housing sits in the ground year-round. Certified sealing is what makes that placement permanent, not seasonal.
Hydraulic engineering built for the long haul
The lift mechanism is engineered for repeated operation over years, not a novelty that fails after a season. The structural and mechanical components are why Rise™ systems carry a longer lead time, and a longer service life.
Why the Upgrade Matters
The upgrade is not a bigger screen. It is the engineering that lets the display live in the ground, rise into the sun, and do both for years without service.
Our signature Rise™ in-ground systems start around $40,000 and can range up to $150,000+, depending on size, configuration, and project requirements.
Every YOLO TV residential display is backed by our industry-leading 5-Year Peace of Mind Parts Warranty. Covered YOLO TV components are protected for five years, and because our LED systems are modular, many parts can be replaced individually without replacing the entire display. On-site service, technician travel, shipping, and third-party labor may be separate unless specifically included in your agreement.
The Takeaway
The Rise™ system is for the property that wants a stadium-scale display without a permanent screen on the wall. The upgrade delivers the brightness, sealing, and mechanical reliability that make "appears on demand" a feature that lasts, not a gimmick that breaks.

Quick answers to the questions homeowners ask most.
The Rise Series is YOLO TV's in-ground hydraulic lift system. The display rises from a subterranean vault at the touch of a button, creating a hidden outdoor entertainment feature that appears on demand.
The display is housed in a weather-sealed subterranean vault. A hydraulic lift raises and lowers the screen on command through your home automation system or a dedicated control.
Installation requires excavation, a structural vault, and coordinated electrical, data, and drainage. The YOLO TV team works with your contractor or architect to engineer the installation for your site.
Rise Series systems start around $40,000 and are available in multiple diagonals. The right size depends on your viewing distance, yard layout, and vault configuration.
